We had a FANTASTIC night with our DJ. He chose great songs, the sound was high quality, and the dancing lasted all night. We felt very comfortable about Marty’s skills after meeting with him before our wedding, and he certainly did not disappoint on our big day.

We had a wonderful wedding and are thoroughly satisfied with A Bride’s DJ. The sound quality by Marty was great, he played all of our Must Plays and I think all (if not almost all) of our suggested plays.
The whole evening went incredibly smoothly, we did not have to worry about the order of events/making sure things were rolled out/or really anything at all the entire evening! We absolutely loved Marty and thought he did a fantastic job with everything the whole evening!!
The music selections were perfect, he played all our must plays and many suggested plays, and our dance floor was packed the entire night with our loved ones who were very obviously having a blast. Marty coordinated events well, reading the room and communicating with us to let us know how we were doing time-wise in comparison to our pre-set timeline, asking what we wanted done in certain situations when appropriate, and ensuring that everyone involved was ready before moving on to the next event.
Marty was also great to talk to and plan with prior to the big day. He was very personable, thorough, and timely and made us feel like our day was in great hands. The only minor issue the whole evening was the microphone briefly cutting out during our vows during the ceremony, however, we have no idea what caused the problem, and the issue was fixed quickly and was ultimately insignificant. We will (and already have) certainly recommend Marty/A Bride’s DJ to future brides and grooms.

We had a bit of an unusual situation. Marty had a medical issue as he was setting up for the reception. He called the on-call DJ, who came as a back-up. Marty was able to stay through the entire wedding & did a beautiful job, but we saw first-hand the benefits of hiring a company that pre-plans for “emergency” situations. Lighting was awesome, playlist was awesome.. Marty saw what the crowd liked, and we had QUITE a dance party!
